Fritz Rau brought the Jazz out of the cellar, promoted the influential American Folk Blues Festival and signed the big names first: The likes of The Rolling Stones, Jethro Tull and The Who. Marek Liebermann turned Mama Concerts into the toughest competitor. Today he promotes „Rock am Ring“. Karsten Jahnke worked with both of them as the local promoter and established - amongst others - Depeche Mode. The film provides an insight into the promoter’s business with great anecdotes, unheard of information and passionate people.
