"Once punk (always punk)" - this is the meaning of the title - tells the story of Stof. With his mohawk he is a rare bird in Casablanca's poorer quarters. Nevertheless, he stands exemplary for a Moroccan youth: hungry for life and penniless. Stof pays a high price for his clearly visible resistance to the social pressure to adapt. He comes back from prison changed - but still as a punk.
